The estimator is designed to calculate without turning an early cargo plan into a contact database.
The public estimate does not ask for a name, phone number, email or full street address. Google Analytics is optional and loads only with your permission. It measures page visits and calculator stages, not your cargo details or WhatsApp message; refusing it does not affect the calculator.
You do not need to provide a name, telephone number, email or full street address for a public estimate. Your current entries and selected reference products stay in the active page while you work. The estimate request uses cargo fields needed for calculation; the website does not create a customer profile or public result link.
The optional image reader processes JPG, PNG and WebP files in your browser. The image and extracted text are not uploaded to a cloud recognition service. No cloud recognition is enabled. The free reader's software is loaded from this website only when requested; manual dimension entry remains available. PDFs are not accepted.
Remove personal details before selecting an image. Check the numbers and unit yourself and confirm them before they are applied to the room fields. The image reader does not verify a floor plan or derive real measurements from pixels.
Google Analytics loads only with your permission and does not receive your cargo dimensions, values, images or WhatsApp message. Refusing analytics does not affect calculation. Review a prepared WhatsApp draft before you send it; WhatsApp's own terms apply after you choose to leave this site. Operational retention is explained separately before a later booking.
Destination country, postcode, address type, product descriptions, packing dimensions, weight status, origin, value and candidate classification can be processed to create the current result. The form does not ask for a name, phone number, email or full street address.
Google Analytics loads only if you allow it. We measure registered page visits, calculator steps, result status and WhatsApp button clicks, with broad traffic-source categories. We do not send your postcode, dimensions, weight, prices, product links, form text or WhatsApp message to Google Analytics. Analytics cookies may recognise repeat visits; this is not anonymous measurement.
Refusing analytics does not affect the calculator. Change or withdraw your choice using “Analytics choices” in the footer. Your analytics choice and our analytics cookies may be saved for up to 180 days; calculator entries are not saved. A click is not a received enquiry or booking.
After consent, we keep a fixed traffic-source category, evidence type, applicable approved campaign labels and timestamp in this tab for up to 30 minutes to connect page navigation. No full referrer, query or cargo data is stored in that record.
The website prepares a draft in your browser; nothing is sent until you choose to send it in WhatsApp. You can inspect, edit or close it without sending. The draft may include a fixed observed source label and how it was identified, even if Google Analytics is refused. This is not proof of a search recommendation, and your own answer about how you found us remains separate. WhatsApp’s own terms apply after you leave this website.
The estimator does not save form entries to a customer database or browser storage. Cloudflare separately provides hosting, security and aggregate site-performance measurement. Routine security logs may contain request metadata, but request bodies are not intentionally logged or used to build a cargo profile.
