The project form
The project form runs in your browser. It does not submit your entries to a Foshan Cargo website database. When you select the WhatsApp button, the website opens a draft message containing the information you entered. Foshan Cargo receives that information only if you choose to send it.
Limited site measurement
Site measurement may record that the project form was viewed, a validation error occurred or the WhatsApp button was opened. Project field values, notes, document contents, phone numbers and WhatsApp message text must not be sent to analytics.
Hosting and security
The services used to deliver and protect the website may process standard technical request data, such as the requested URL, time, IP address, browser or device information and security signals.
WhatsApp is a third-party service. Once you open or send a message, its own terms and privacy practices apply.
Information you choose to send
Information sent through WhatsApp may be used to review the enquiry, reply, prepare a requested scope or proposal, and manage an agreed project. It may be shared with team members or service providers when necessary for the stage of work requested.
Questions, correction or deletion
Use the same WhatsApp conversation to ask about information you have sent, request a correction or request deletion. Some records may need to be retained where required for an agreed transaction, legal obligation or dispute.
