Yes, you can start with a product link, quantity and destination. Foshan Cargo is the purchase-planning website from the team behind Buildcargo Logistics, the transport service brand. We identify what can be estimated and what still needs checking; Buildcargo confirms the cargo, charges and written service scope before accepting and executing a shipment.
From planning to shipping
Keep the price. Check the plan behind it.
Your estimate gives you a starting point. Review the actual cargo, additional charges and delivery arrangements with the same Buildcargo team, then keep the written shipping plan.
01
A measured packing list
Match your purchases to the packages that actually arrive.
Supplier estimates start the calculation. Receiving measurements show the actual outer packing, gross weight and package count. Keep differences and any repacking revision visible before accepting a revised quote.
Know the confirmed price, its scope and the charges still conditional.
Compare the calculator's DDP base freight with the quote for the actual cargo. The written quote needs to distinguish included work, added services, triggered surcharges and any amounts still awaiting confirmation. Do not add a tax reference again if it is already included.
Know which goods will move, on which route, and where delivery ends.
Review the cargo, packing work, route and delivery point together. Identify what still needs your supplier's information or a destination check, so the team can confirm the next step with you.
Separate loading, departure, arrival and delivery—and keep the evidence.
Ask which milestone starts the transit estimate and which ends it. Loading a container is not vessel departure; port arrival is not delivery to your address. Keep confirmed progress updates, changed arrangements and the receiving record with your shipment documents.
Before booking, Buildcargo provides your shipment-specific written quote and agreement privately.
Your planning sheet is an estimate. The team confirms the actual goods, shipping price and delivery arrangements with you before booking.
After the estimate
Know the next step. Keep the record.
Start with your planning sheet. Buildcargo Logistics, the same team behind Foshan Cargo, reviews it with you, coordinates the agreed receiving and packing, and takes the confirmed shipment through to handover.
01
Share the list you have
You provide or decide
Send the latest planning sheet, product links or supplier list and destination. Mark reference sizes, supplier estimates and missing details.
The team checks or arranges
Check route suitability, identify missing information and separate the starting estimate from charges that still need review.
The record to keep
A dated starting cargo list, estimate basis and open items—not an accepted booking.
Confirm supplier references, ready dates and expected packages. Agree the scope and charges for pickup, receiving, storage and any inspection before authorising work.
The team checks or arranges
Confirm receiving instructions and order labels, and coordinate the agreed arrivals. Sending goods from a supplier to the warehouse is not international departure.
The record to keep
Receiving instructions, supplier/order references and agreed warehouse conditions, including how storage time is counted.
Compare arrivals with your supplier list. Decide how to handle exceptions and authorise any selected-package opening or additional inspection.
The team checks or arranges
Record package counts, labels, visible outer condition, packed dimensions and gross weight within scope. Identify whether each measurement is before or after repacking.
The record to keep
The measured package list and available receiving photos or exception records. Measurement is not a full product inspection.
Check the measured cargo list, packing work, quoted charges and delivery point with the team before international dispatch.
The team checks or arranges
Explain differences from the estimate and update the cargo list and quote if packing or the shipping plan changes. Provide your shipment-specific quote and agreement privately.
The record to keep
The matching cargo list and written quote, with approved revisions kept together.
Request the available packing or loading photos and shipment reference. Check that the record belongs to your goods.
The team checks or arranges
Arrange the confirmed packing, shipping documents and loading. Identify the event and date being reported: loading a container does not mean the vessel has sailed.
The record to keep
Available packing and loading evidence, with a dated shipment or container reference.
Confirm what starts and ends the quoted time window. Ask for an updated plan if a date changes, and report changes to your address or receiving availability.
The team checks or arranges
Share confirmed movement and customs updates, distinguish estimated from actual milestones, and explain schedule changes and any delivery action needed.
The record to keep
Dated updates naming warehouse release, vessel departure, port arrival or the agreed delivery milestone as applicable—not one ambiguous dispatch date.
Confirm the appointment, access and agreed unloading arrangements. Check package count and visible condition, photograph concerns and note them on the receipt where the handover process allows.
The team checks or arranges
Confirm the named delivery point and responsibilities, then help review any transport issue under your confirmed transport agreement. Unloading, carrying inside and installation are not automatic.
The record to keep
The delivery instruction and dated handover record, with remarks or issue evidence where needed. Record actual handover separately from a later receipt-confirmation message.
Receiving, packing and delivery arrangements are confirmed for your shipment before the corresponding work is authorised. Ask which dates are estimates and which milestones have actually happened.

02
What you get from the first review
Send any planning sheet you already have. Unknown weight or packing is a question to resolve, not a reason to repeat a complete form. Do not dispatch goods until receiving instructions and the proposed service have been confirmed.
An initial service-fit check, not automatic cargo acceptance.
A list of missing supplier measurements or documents.
An eligible DDP base estimate when the available data supports one; surcharges remain separate.
The single-enquiry fees and delivery questions still open, plus the next steps towards a written quote.
03
What remains subject to confirmation
Final packed volume and gross weight, cargo restrictions, collection, storage, repacking, customs treatment and the named delivery point need shipment-specific confirmation. Unloading, carrying-in and installation are not automatically included. USA and supported EU routes may be estimated online; Canada and the UK currently require manual route review.
Any cost reduction must follow a defensible change in packing, consolidation or an accepted service—not false values or misdescribed goods. There is no promised saving or exemption from customs inspection.
04
One team, two roles—not two endorsements
Foshan Cargo helps you prepare the purchase and shipping questions. Buildcargo Logistics checks the actual shipment, issues the written logistics quote and executes accepted bookings. These websites represent the same team, not independent recommendations. Before payment, verify that the contracting entity and payment recipient match the booking documents.
Before you hand over the goods
A real team. A warehouse you can verify.
Check who receives the goods, which cargo and price you are approving, and where the delivery service ends. Keep those answers in your shipment documents.

A historical project quotation, not a current rate card or a test of calculator accuracy. Its fee categories explain the agreed scope. Do not add its import-tax category again to a DDP base estimate; your shipment's inclusions and additions need separate written confirmation.

A real receiving point, with a defined check
Buildcargo publishes its operating warehouse in Shenzhen and its receiving procedure. Package counts, labels, visible outer condition and measurements are not the same as opening and inspecting every product. Agree any extra inspection and storage before sending goods.
Foshan Cargo is the Buildcargo Logistics team's planning website, not a separate carrier. Verify Shenzhen Huayun Haofang International Supply Chain Co., Ltd., the official contact and the payment recipient against your booking documents. Recheck changed payment instructions through the official channel.
DDP base freight only. Surcharges require separate review. Match the measured cargo, packing and delivery plan to the written quote. If the plan changes, confirm the updated list and quote before it proceeds.
Before booking, Buildcargo provides your shipment-specific written quote and agreement privately. Keep the confirmed cargo list and quote together so you can check them against later packing and delivery records.
Transport damage or loss is handled under your confirmed transport agreement. Additional commercial cargo insurance is not automatically included; ask the team privately before departure if you want it. Any insurance cover follows the issued policy. Keep photos, labels and packing when reporting a concern.
Confirm the accessible handover point, vehicle access, appointment and who provides unloading equipment or labour. Carrying indoors, lifting upstairs and installation are not automatically included. Long crates, heavy pieces and fragile finished materials need a load-specific handling plan.
Send a product link and destination. We’ll check suitability, identify missing facts and list the charges that need review before a written quote. Inspect your WhatsApp draft before sending.
