Yes, you can enquire about shipping goods you buy yourself, including one item or orders from several sellers. Foshan Cargo helps prepare a base-freight calculation; Buildcargo Logistics confirms accepted goods, receiving instructions and the written shipping scope. We are not affiliated with these marketplaces, and an enquiry is not automatic cargo acceptance.
01
Before paying the supplier
Ask whether the seller can provide an invoice, a useful product description and the outer packed dimensions, package count and gross weight. Confirm the goods' actual location and who arranges transport to the agreed receiving point. Do not assume a marketplace checkout shipping price covers international delivery to your home.
02
Before dispatching to a warehouse
Get the receiving address, contact, order reference and labelling instructions after the team accepts the proposed scope. Confirm arrival timing and any storage, counting, opening or repacking work. The public website does not provide blanket permission to send unscheduled parcels.
This is Buildcargo Logistics' operating warehouse in Shenzhen. The photo is not evidence of an affiliation with Alibaba, 1688 or Taobao, or confirmation that a seller's goods have been accepted.

03
The marketplace does not set the international freight basis
Illustrative example: two sellers report 1.000 m³ and 0.760 m³ of packed cargo. That is 1.760 m³ in total only if the lists are complete and nothing is repacked. With US postcode 90001 and unknown gross weight, the matching example uses a 294 kg volume-based chargeable floor. A seller's checkout shipping charge may cover only a domestic leg, not that international scope.

Status in this website's estimate
DDP base-route freight
Calculated only when the destination, postcode and chargeable-weight band match a published route.
Shipment-specific surcharges
Not included. Product, size, weight, handling, remote and delivery conditions require a separate enquiry.
Packing, collection, warehouse work and unloading
Seller-to-warehouse transport, storage, opening, inspection, repacking and delivery extras need their own accepted scope. Purchases, platform fees, disputes and refunds are not logistics services included by the calculator.
Ordinary duty, VAT and special trade measures
Duty amount: Not calculated yet. The current tool has no reviewed automatic duty-rate records. Any later ordinary-duty reference is not added again to the DDP amount.
Final amount payable
Only the accepted written quote can confirm the cargo, customs and delivery scope.

Copy this request to your supplier
Please send the package count, outer length × width × height and gross weight of every package for my exact order. Mark the measurements as estimated or final, and confirm whether crates or pallets are included. Please include product material, intended use, invoice value and the ready date. Please include my order reference and confirm the goods' current location, who arranges domestic dispatch and what the seller's quoted shipping charge actually covers. Wait for accepted receiving instructions before dispatch.

07
Receiving is not product inspection or buyer protection
Package counts and visible outer condition do not confirm function, finish or authenticity. Agree any opening, photos or specialist inspection separately. Buildcargo's written quote covers the accepted logistics scope, not marketplace disputes, refunds or a guarantee about the seller's goods.
08
Evidence of combining purchases—with no marketplace claim
Buildcargo Logistics' Canadian household record includes 607 individual items, not cartons, with more than 30 suppliers reported by the project owner. It supports that documented mixed shipment. It does not establish that those orders came from Alibaba, 1688 or Taobao, or that every seller's products are accepted.
09
Keep your supplier. Get a clear receiving decision.
Send the order links, quantities and destination; mark planned, paid or dispatched. The review identifies missing packing details and the proposed receiving, warehouse and shipping work. Wait for accepted receiving instructions before asking sellers to dispatch. You can continue with the same team here, without another website or a repeated form.
Questions before you commit
Can I enquire before placing the order?+
Yes. A link, quantity and destination can start the review. Ask for packing information before paying where possible, and confirm service acceptance before dispatching goods to a warehouse.
Send a product link and destination. We’ll check suitability, identify missing facts and list the charges that need review before a written quote. Inspect your WhatsApp draft before sending.
