Small home-goods enquiries are welcome, either on their own or with furniture from other suppliers. Start with product links, quantity and destination so the team can check eligibility, protection and transport method. This is consultation-first: the website does not promise an automatic parcel, express or air-freight price.

02
One parcel or part of a larger shipment?
Tell us whether the items travel alone or join another order. You can buy from your own sellers. The team checks restrictions, protection and whether a suitable service is available before accepting goods. Combining or repacking is a shipment-specific decision, not a guaranteed cheaper small-parcel service.
03
A useful measurement—even when there is no public price
Illustrative example: two outer cartons, each 60 × 40 × 40 cm, occupy 0.192 m³ together. That gives the team a space measurement; it does not prove a sea route is available or predict an express charge. Material, protection, restrictions and gross weight still matter. A small-carton result outside the published rate coverage remains manual review, not a fabricated price.

What to confirm
Transport method and minimum charge
Ask a specialist; do not apply a bulky-furniture example to a small parcel.
Packing and receiving
Confirm protective packing, warehouse work and whether goods join another shipment.
Shipping amount
If an eligible published route can be calculated, it is DDP base freight only; shipment-specific surcharges are excluded.
Customs and final delivery
Confirm real description, material, value, any restrictions and delivery scope. No automatic duty amount is available in the current tool.
05
Copy this request to your supplier
Please send the package count, outer length × width × height and gross weight of every package for my exact order. Mark the measurements as estimated or final, and confirm whether crates or pallets are included. Please include product material, intended use, invoice value and the ready date. Please identify fragile parts, electrical components, batteries or liquids. Confirm whether these small items can join another accepted order without removing necessary protection.
06
Ask for a fit check before filling in dimensions
Send the item link, quantity and destination. The first answer should identify what needs checking, which supplier details are missing and whether a suitable transport option needs a manual quote. An unpriced result is not a zero-cost quote or a refusal to discuss the item.
07
Real category experience, correctly attributed
Buildcargo's published Canadian household list contains lighting, textiles, tableware, cookware, storage and everyday items alongside furniture. That record supports those categories in a mixed shipment. It is not evidence that we have individually shipped every type of small parcel.
Questions before you commit
Do you automatically quote express delivery for small items?+
No. The website's published rates cover selected base routes, not a general express or air service. Ask with the item and destination so a specialist can check suitability and available transport options.
Send a product link and destination. We’ll check suitability, identify missing facts and list the charges that need review before a written quote. Inspect your WhatsApp draft before sending.
