A paid decision document

What Does the US$299 Whole-Project Roadmap Include?

The US$299 Whole-Project Roadmap is a paid decision document—not a complete interior-design package and not a freight deposit. It establishes the initial project structure, major open decisions, proposed work sequence and information required before a responsible execution proposal can be prepared.

What it includes.

  • The initial whole-home scope and the major decisions still open.
  • The proposed design, purchasing, supplier and logistics sequence.
  • The installation-handover questions that must be assigned or confirmed.
  • The information required before detailed execution can be responsibly proposed.

What it does not include.

It does not include complete interior drawings, final product quotations, production management, inspection, freight booking, duties, insurance or on-site work. Those belong to later written scopes where applicable.

How the credit works.

When the same project moves into Foshan Cargo execution within 120 days, the US$299 is credited to the project service fee. It is not credited to products, freight, duties, insurance or other third-party hard costs.

Questions around this decision

What this answer does—and does not—settle.

Does the free review include the roadmap?

No. The free review checks fit and missing information. The Roadmap is a separate paid document with its scope shown before payment.

Are refund or revision terms the same for every project?

The applicable payment, revision, cancellation and refund terms belong in the written proposal or invoice for that scope.
