US$299 Whole-Project Roadmap

The first document
ties the whole home together.

Before detailed design, supplier deposits or freight commitments, the roadmap makes the project structure visible—and shows which decisions still need paid execution work.

01

Rooms, priorities, style direction and how the property will be used.

02

Design

Open layout, material, product, dimension and installation-interface decisions.

03

Purchase

Product categories, supplier actions, approval points and cost visibility.

04

Quality

What needs confirmation, checking, evidence or change control during production.

05

Delivery

Packing direction, labeling, readiness sequence, consolidation and transport questions.

06

Handover

What installers or local professionals need to identify, understand and confirm on arrival.

This is an illustrative project structure, not a customer case, completed design, supplier quotation or freight promise.

What the fee covers

A decision map before the larger commitment.

The roadmap establishes the initial project scope, the major decisions, the proposed work sequence and the information still required before a detailed execution proposal can be responsible.

It does not include a complete interior-design package, final product quotations, production management, inspection, freight, duties or on-site work.

Move the same project into execution within 120 days and the US$299 is credited to the project service fee—not to products, freight, duties, insurance or other hard costs.
