Services and fees

Clear scope.
Separate costs.

Product costs, logistics, third-party charges and the project service fee are shown separately—so the client can see what is being bought and what the team is being paid to manage.

A clear way to begin

Pay for decisions before paying for execution.

The US$299 roadmap is credited to the project service fee when the same project moves into execution within 120 days. Product, freight, duties, insurance and third-party hard costs are excluded.

Custom proposal

Execution deliverables

The proposal is built around outputs—not vague access to a team.

The exact depth depends on the property, the information already available and the responsibilities agreed in writing.

  • Whole-home space and product direction
  • Materials, products and critical-dimension schedule
  • Unified purchasing and approved-cost record
  • Supplier actions, quality checkpoints and change log
  • Packing, room labeling and consolidation plan
  • International logistics and installation-handover information

Cost clarity

Unified purchasing does not mean one unexplained number.

The execution proposal separates product purchasing, logistics, third-party hard costs and the service fee. Any later change should identify what changed, why it changed and who approved it.

Supplier quotations, availability, production schedules, taxes, freight and destination charges remain subject to written project confirmation.

Questions before the project starts

Clear answers before a large commitment.

Can Hoover work from my floor plan?

Yes. A floor plan, room list, inspiration images, existing design or supplier quotation can all be useful starting points. The free review first establishes what is complete, what is missing and which paid work the project actually needs.

Do you purchase the products on my behalf?

When the execution scope is approved, the China team can manage unified purchasing. Product costs, logistics costs, third-party charges and the project service fee are shown separately in the written proposal.

What design deliverables can the project include?

The paid scope can include space and material direction, room-by-room selections, critical dimensions, product schedules, supplier instructions and installation-handover information. The exact deliverables are defined in writing before design work begins.

Which destinations can Buildcargo Logistics serve?

Projects for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and European destinations can be reviewed. A route is confirmed only after checking the destination, cargo, final packing dimensions, carrier conditions, handling needs, duties and local delivery constraints.

Does Hoover personally handle the project?

Hoover is the named project lead and final point of accountability. He sets the direction, joins the key decisions and stays responsible for the handover; the team carries out supplier coordination, purchasing, quality checks and logistics preparation.

Can you install or build on site in my country?

Possibly, but never as a blanket promise. On-site installation or construction is confirmed only after reviewing local law, licensing, visas, insurance, safety and the actual project conditions. Otherwise the handover ends with remote guidance and information for local professionals.

What does the US$299 pay for?

It pays for a Whole-Project Roadmap: the initial project structure, the major design and purchasing decisions, the supplier and logistics sequence, and the open installation-handover questions. It is not the full interior-design fee or a freight payment.

What if I already have a designer or suppliers?

The project can start from existing work. Hoover can review whether the design, selected products, supplier information, packing assumptions and handover plan still connect as one buildable and transportable project.
