A single furniture purchase can start with a product link and destination. With a supported postcode and usable packed volume, the calculator can estimate DDP base freight even if weight is unknown. Shipment-specific surcharges are excluded, and service acceptance still depends on the actual item, packing and delivery conditions.
Send the link or photo, quantity and destination. You can use your own supplier, and the purchase does not need to be complete. We help identify what to ask next: assembled or disassembled packing, package count, outer dimensions and gross weight. Asking is not a shipment booking or acceptance.
Illustrative dimensions: a main carton of 200 × 100 × 80 cm is 1.600 m³; a separate 100 × 40 × 40 cm accessory carton is 0.160 m³. Together they are 1.760 m³. These are assumed measurements, not a typical sofa size or recommended packing design. If gross weight is unknown, the current volume-based chargeable floor is 294 kg.

Please send the package count, outer length × width × height and gross weight of every package for my exact order. Mark the measurements as estimated or final, and confirm whether crates or pallets are included. Please include product material, intended use, invoice value and the ready date. Please show whether legs, arms or modules ship separately. Confirm every carton and any reassembly needed, not only the furniture's showroom dimensions.
Compare the complete purchase decision: product, China-side movement and packing, freight, unresolved additions and final unloading or carrying-in. A heavy table may need equipment; a long sofa may not fit the lift. Keep those tasks separate from the base route amount.
Buildcargo Logistics' published US outdoor-furniture record connects warehouse receipt, cargo-condition evidence, loading and signed handover. It documents that shipment; it is not proof that every sofa fits the same route or that the illustrative cost above will be your final amount.
The first review separates the calculable base freight from missing packing data, minimum charges and any special delivery work. Use those open items when comparing your purchase with a local offer. There is no universal one-sofa rate or promise that importing one item is cheaper.
